The House:
This self contained Lockwood house is built above a garage and rumpus room to maximise beach, coastal and island views.
The house is virtually right on the beach, with panoramic views as far as the eye can see.
A private path take you right down to the beach (all of 20 seconds!).

Outstanding living
There is a fantastic living area with views over the beach and out to Kapiti Island. You can sit on the quality leather lounge suite and look out over the beach or sit at a beautiful timber dining table that seats 8 and wonder at the scenery. Double doors open from the living area to a large deck with an 8 seater picnic table, sun umbrella and barbeque.
The house enjoys 360 degree views in every direction. You can look to the north over the beach, the east to the sunrise, the west to the sunset and south over the Waikanae hills and the Tararuas.
Natural timber floors (rimu) and natural timber walls (pine) surround you in a wonderful warm feeling that is just so relaxing.
